It was last march 17, 2009 i got home maybe around 7:00 p.m, i go directly to my room and started to flex my body, so i did may daily routine of 3 sets per exercise.

For my bicep and triceps:

- 300 standing barbell curls (100 per set), 210 seated dumbbell curls (70 per set), 150 double arm overhead triceps extension ( 50 per set), 150 flat bench triceps dips (50 per set).

For my upper chest:

- 300 push ups (100 per set), 300 barbell raise (100 per set).

For my back and shoulder:

- 150 over head barbell rows (50 per set), 75 1 arm dumbbell rows (25 per set),

For my abs (sooo very hard to trim):

- 300 crunches (100 per set), 75 bicycle sit ups (25 per set), 150 leg raise (50 per set),  300  L-R oblique  sit ups (50 per set).

For my legs:

- 150 free weight squats (50 per set).

after that i finally relax myself for all the hard work and exercises that i did. also i do rest 10 seconds per exercise and lots of water.

hmmmm… fries nothing particularly just missed it cause it’s my baby (girlfriend for right word) favorite food and w/o salt specially, so i fry it ate it while I’m watching the 1983’s gangster movie ” SCARFACE ” which lead casted by Antonio ” Toni Scarface ” Montana, raise in Cuba and had his fame in the land of opportunity. as for the massage it’s not me whose getting it, i am the one who’s doing it, i massage my moms foot and legs as every night routine for her.

but the one that i do crave most and missed most is my baby’s presence, miss her smiles, caress and love. She’s in work all the time when i did all my routines and i was thinking about her, i always pray that God will always take good care of her wherever and whatever she is. All i know is that i love her so much and miss, lots of need her in my arms.

Uhm, first of all just want to say that “Love is not a game nor a feelings that you just want to come and let go, but love is like an addiction, like the air you breathe and specially it is the biggest part of your life.”

This is why i’ m so deeply in love with my girlfriend actually having a great relationship is quite exciting to in order to maintain it you should do this in your relationship:

1. Put God in the center of your great relationship and go to church weekly if a must in able to learn the words of him sometimes for relationship also do pray every time like when you’ re eating on a date.

2. Be responsible, respect each other in order to have a good communication.

3. Always do the old school love the vice-versa or can i say the give and take relationship.

4. Obey what she wants for she knew the best exactly just for you.

5. Don’t mess up keep your relationship on the go, tell some story of how you met on past years and please don’t be late on a date.

6. Be sweet, be brave accept that you are wrong, be a man don’t be intimidated, always prepare for special occasions like anniversary and woman love surprises so always surprise her with a gift that you know she wants the most .

7. Love her to the fullest level, focus on her and specially Mind her
every seconds that you are with each other and don’t forget to trust her everyday.

Simple lang anu pero to ung ginagawa namin kaya we stay strong, we are as rock in terms of relationship a solid rock. Actually ang basis namin ng baby ko eh ung talagang kay God kami naka sentro, we go to church uhm every week
maybe di man kami makapag church ng magkasama
that’s because may importanteng inasikaso.

She change me in terms of drinking liquors, before when i want to drink i go on now it’s different i don’t drink if i don’t make a report(mag paalam sa baby ko) occasionally nga dapat alam nya na din dapat mag pa alam ako and even uminom man ako moderate lang. Ganun nya ko binago, strict but that’s the best way which is good para sakn and she knew best para mapag patibay ang relationship namin the fact is Mahal ka nya kaya nya ginagawa un.

Ang sarap magmamahal kapag sinusunod nyo ang bawat isa, kapg nag give and take kayo, ang tiwala di nawawala at ang importante dun ung Religious relationship nyo tumataas pa lalo “The more your relationship is closer to God, the more stronger relationship you will obtain.” may tampuhan man napapawi dahil sa pagmamahalan nyo.

“The most important thing is God’s love for us cause he gave his only son Jesus to died for us.” dba andun ung LOVE para satin kaya Getting closer to him is the best way to keep your relationship in it’s best.

Happiness is a reward for success to pursue this hope you follow what i usually do. Ako i love my baby and i value our great relationship, i love her so much she’s my air according to love my, life for changing me in my bad side of a lover into a good and responsible boyfriend thank you so much baby and i love you so much. Thank you Lord for taking care of me, thank you Lord for guiding my path, thank you Lord for showing me the way and thank you Lord for making me come to you. Thank you for so being there when i was alone, thank you Lord for helping me grow, thank you Lord for making me strong thank you Lord help me to learn the things i wanna know and thank you Lord for not leaving my side. Thank you Lord for loving me so much and thank you Lord for teaching me to worship you.
Simple ways to say thanks to the Lord truly in your heart means so much to him he is our father and we are his son, don’t be shy to say your grace to him he will listen honestly Jesus never leaves us he is always there for us, he wants us to come to him and worship him spread his words for this is the truth so God wanted us to. Just say thanks to him and he will be there..

Jesus don’t want us to suffer, he already said that he knows the plans for us it is prosper not to harm
either way that’s why he is our Savior. Sometimes when we feel down have you ever felt that you want to cry out yourself to him? Pray to him and say all what you want to say to him, spoke to him like he is your older brother.
God wants us to be open he is a very jealous guy, he said that “Come to me first” so if you have problems go to him first talk to him speak and he shall listen he never leaves us nor forsake us he always listen to us.
Sometimes we are like a lost sheep but you know what Jesus is always there to find us and be out back to his stable, we are his son he never want us to get into trouble eventhough we are all sinners he is always there to forgive us.
Jesus has all his time for us to watch us and guide us he don’t want us to get lost, sometimes we get into trouble but don’t be doubtful he will always be there to guide us to protect us and to cure us. He is the God of mercy, God of truth and The bread of life no one comes to the father except by him.
When were weary and doubtful don’t be put your God of strength in your mind he is your courage of fire and the heart of king for he God is the king of mercy.
When your down please pray the Lord’s prayer:
“Our father who art in heaven hallowed be thy name thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors for thy is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever.”

Have you ever felt that Jesus is always by yourside?
or do you even notice the purpose why he Jesus our Lord and Savior
died on the cross to save us.
I do.

From this past few months all i want is to know him deeper, deeper
that i don’t want to lose him like someone else does, seeing him died on the cross
suffers from the sin of man makes me fall down and cry, of course not actually seen
in real but from the movies eventhough it’s just a man made film realizing it for real
made me realize how much he loves us, how much he cares for us and he saved us.

When i feel down and worry i always want to think about him to thank him praise him
for he is my Sheperd everyday nothing is impossible to God he already said “if you
have faith as a mustard seed you can move this mountain to that river” so i decided
to worship him praise him. Sometimes life seems so awful but always remember that
God is always there for us he never leave us but he watches us everyday always remember
that our GOD NEVER SLEEPS.

This verse from the bible book of Jeremiah is me, my girlfriend and my mom’s fave verse
and it says:
“For i know the plan for you, Declares the Lord, Plans to prosper not to harm, Plans to
Give you hope and future.”
Jeremiah 29:11
Sometimes we almost forgot him but please i tell you not in a single minute do not ever
forget the works of our Lord in our life FYI He controls us, he is our sheperd and we are
the Lost sheep accept the fact that we are sinners cause he knows it that’s why Jesus
saves us.

Jesus Said “I am the way the truth and the life. No one comes to the father except by me.”
Trust him with all your heart and mind and soul and all strength, Love him worship him and
accept him.
